I have 4 old ShopMyWay orders where ShopMyWay is showing that the orders were cancelled or returned. I've contacted ShopMyWay (via their web form which is the ONLY way to contact them) at lest a dozen times with no real response. I called the Elite customer service line and the only thing they said was try the web form again...which didn't work...again. They owe me 37,000+ points. Does anyone have a better way to get with these people??? All of these orders are from 1 company and I have an email from them saying all of the orders were placed and not cancelled or returned. Help!!!!!
