Checking out of Marriott for good!

We recently had the worst experience - that came close to ruining a trip of a lifetime family vacation. Marriott management and customer service line were less than helpful - despite the fact that we are (very) good customers. Does anyone know who to contact in particular to voice our complaints, cancel our membership and advise Marriott that we are about to embark on a social media campaign that will cost them much much more than it would have to have helped their great customers?
