I just joined this group because I am just so incredibly disappointed in the new Marriott app for iPhone.
It does not even let me see my upcoming reservations! This is an app I used to use weekly, and when traveling I needed those reservations to get the next property address so I could give it to the Uber driver or input in the GPS. What is going on at Marriott? If my company had broken a major piece of customer technology and then not fixed it, we would have been fired!
Consider me amazed.. and not in a good way.
