Points not credited  - and no response coming from Marriott

I see from your posts that you have been extremely helpful.   I have been trying to get missing points from a four night stay in your hotel in KL Malaysia and keep getting an automated response from Marriott that the hotel has not responded to their e-mails.  Your customers should not loose out because of internal communication problems within your company.   I have already submitted a copy of my paid bill etc.  Can you help and ensure my points are credited?   Thanks
