I have a question to ask someone who knows the reservation system well. I reserved 5 night hotel from Dec 23 to 28 using Marriott rewards points. Due to some plan changes, I much prefer to stay from Dec 22 to 27 using rewards points. The system shows the night of 22nd is available but the night of 26th is not available anymore, so I cannot reserve from 22 to 27 directly.
I’m guessing if I cancel my original reservation then the night of 26th may become available so that I can reserve 22 ~ 27th, but I am afraid I might not be able to reserve either once I cancel it. Does anyone know how this works or any suggestion? Thanks!
