Spirit to Serve alive and well in Ningbo, China

I had arrived in Ningbo, China via Hong Kong and USA and in my very jet lagged mind, left a package in the back seat of the taxi upon arrival at the Marriott in Ningbo.  I did not realize I had done that until I had reached the 32nd floor.  I immediately went down the front desk and spoke with Jack, the concierge.  I handed him my receipt and asked if he could help me get it back.  He made several phone calls, slowly peeling back the layers of the onion and finally reached the driver.  Within 30 minutes, the driver returned to the hotel with my package.  Jack really went above and beyond in my opinion and was truly the hero of my day!  The stay ended when I was presented with this great Chinese New Year gift basket by Lucky Feng, the senior sales manager of the hotel.  Great staff lead by Stanley Yin and Jay Fu, always feel so much at home hereIMG_4291 resized.JPG
