How long does it typically take for Marriott to respond to a missing stay request? I submitted 10 days ago and have not received response.

Filing a missing stay request via email seems to be one of the least productive ways to get action on a missing stay. I have followed that route several times and found that it always took more than 10 days. I now call the MR customer service folks and always get immediate satisfaction.
