We recently stayed twice at the Philadelphia Downtown Marriott.  Both of our stays were delightful thanks to all the help we received from Vandelyn W.  We called prior to our first stay and spoke with Vandelyn about parking outside the city since we didn't want to drive in.  We talked to her several times on the phone.  She was extremely friendly and helpful with several things.   She also took the time to research our parking questions and sent us an email with all the necessary information.  We followed her directions, parked our car at the designated Metro stop and rode the Metro into the city.  On our second trip to Philadelphia, we were thrilled when we had the opportunity to meet her and chat.  This was our first trip to Philadelphia and Vandelyn made sure that everything went smoothly.
