Name of Hotel - Courtyard Bremen

Location - Bremen, Germany

Associate - Rebecca - Front Desk


I stay at this property every few months on business and on this trip a rather rude customer was trying to cut in front of me at the Elite line for check in. Rebecca was kind enough to offer to continue to check me in (based on my status and the fact that she recognized me from previous stays). She explained to the other guest that I was a PP member and had already used Mobile Check In and was just picking up my key. He continued to be rather obstinate. I told her to go ahead and serve him, which she did with grace and dignity regardless of his attitutde.


Later that day, she assisted me to change a future reservation to add my brother to the room as I am surprising him with a free trip to Europe. Rebecca always remembers me by name, is happy I am loyal to Marriott, Courtyard and the Bremen Hotel. She is trying to help me with my German and is always willing to assist in any way possible.


At a hotel with stellar service all around, Rebecca stands out as one of the best at the property.
