Check in stopped working on app

I used to use the check-in option on the Marriott app on my iPhone 6, but it stopped working a couple of months ago after the update.  I've tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it, but that didn't work. When I click on the "check-in" button in the email, I get an error message saying "Error. This reservation is no longer available for check-in or check-out." HELP!
