Chef Sean Brock, who owns restaurants in Charleston, Nashville and Atlanta, introduces Anthony Bourdain to that mainstay of Southern road life and late, late nights, the Waffle House. Despite all his world travels, Bourdain had never experienced the WH. Brock schools him on the delights of "scattered, smothered, covered and chunked,"  as well as mmmmMMMMMmmmm, pecan waffles!
