I would like to nominate Christy H. of Atlantis Customer Service (a Marriott Customer Service unit) for a Spirit to Serve award. She recently bent over backwards on multiple occasions to help with some serious issues that I experienced prior to and during a stay at Atlantis. She was patient, professional, and very helpful through the entire process. I would hire her myself if I could. Anyone in a customer service role would do well to emulate Christy. Cheers!
