Disney and Marriott failed to inform me that during my stay I wouldn't be receiving points and credit. At no point during my booking or prior discussions with Marriott agents did they inform me that points/credits would be lost if I used the Disney Vacations system. Disppointing that both parties blame each other and send you back to the fine print. Marriott should recognize members who are staying at their property either way, a dollar is a dollar. Unfortunately the difference in view has made me switchover to Hilton for the next year in hopes that I can find a partner who rewards real loyalty.
