I recently tried to explore possible Reward reservations online for Hilton Head, SC and found that Marriott had changed the way it displayed the results. All hotels in Hilton Head were displayed, regardless of availability. I found this to be quite annoying, since I had to click on each hotel to find which were (or were not) available on the dates that I provided. How does this help me as a Rewards member? After many years as a satisfied Marriott member, I'm beginning to become more and more disappointed in their system. It is bad enough that I am finding difficulty in using my newly purchased destination club points, now they are messing around with the rewards points and how they are displayed.
