I love Marriott Rewards, the platinum status and benefits are unmatched. Unfortunately recent circumstances has downgraded our status. But, we are back on the road and are Marriott loyalist.
However, we recently experienced an issue I hope is being discussed by Marriott management of traveling to France, purposefully choosing and completely enjoying the Renaissance Vendome. Our disappointment arose when we learned that we receive no reward credit for booking through a third party vendor. While I admit I don't know the ins and outs of this issue, I do know American Airlines give us credit.
Can anyone shed light on this matter? Thanks
