I am a UK Marriott Credit Card holder.
I have had the following problems receiving my credit card points:
1. Annual Loyalty Bonus (2000 points), due in November, not received. Had to contact Marriott Rewards in order to get them added to my account.
2. Only received a portion of my December rewards. Had to contact Marriott Rewards in order to get them to add the correct points to my account.
3. Have not received my January points despite contacting Marriott Rewards on two occasions, but have received my February points.
Has any one else had a problem receiving credit card points?
