Philadelphia news - New Skyscraper and lodging moves

Discussion created by psudad on Jan 16, 2014

Comcast just announced the ground breaking on a new 59-story tower - tallest in Philadelphia and the tallest building in the US outside NYC and Chicago.  Once complete in three years, the Four Seasons Hotel will move from its current site on the Ben Franklin Parkway to the top floors of the tower.  There is speculation in the press (which is why I posted it here) that the current Four Seasons location could become a JW Marriott.  Time will tell.
