I wanted to nominate Deann B. from the Courtyard Marriott in Willoughby, OH for the Spirit to Serve Award. I have spent the majority of the last six months at Courtyard in Willoughby. Deann was extraordinary - she always had a smile on her face, asked how I was doing, and always took extra time to make sure I had everything I needed. She fixed my reservation room and rate every week before I arrived, and ensured that I always got one of the quieter rooms in the hotel. She also helped take care any emergencies and travel arrangements I had from time to time. All I can say, as a Platinum member, is that every Marriott Hotel needs to have a Deann B.
