Marriott Elite Platinum Customer Care line

Today I have spoken with the Platinum members service line about the RewardsPlus program and if it is possible to expedite the verification process. The agent was TOTALLY RUDE with me and shows NO RESPECT neither APPRECIATION as being PLATINUM member with Marriott. I am spending a huge a mount of money in Marriott hotels and I believe the treatment with Platinum agent should be much better than this.


I would like to escalate this issue to Marriott Rewards management, if you know how I can do this please let me know.
