My mother, who is handicapped, and myself recently stayed at the Residence Inn in Auburn Maine. This was my first time staying at a Marriott. While we were there Dorinda, the cook/chef, went out of her way to help my mother get everything she thought she might want to try in the way of food, and get it to her table. The one morning that she didn't feel like coming down to breakfast. Dorinda help me put together a beautiful sample of foods so I could take it up to my mother in the room. Dorinda was always friendly and even though she was busy keeping everything fresh and stocked up, she always had time to chat with myself and my mother. She even thought to ask how the visit with my son went. I grew up working in and around casino's, so I know the difference between good service and great service. Dorinda gave us great service and I would like to recommend her for the "spirit to serve" award.
