Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel

I had to modify a reservation for a recent stay at the  Renaissance Boston waterfront Hotel.  I wanted to send a business colleague and his family in my place (as a recognition opportunity for his service).  Mario Herrera at the front desk was AWESOME!  Mario made sure everything was taken care of for them right down to a little something extra in the room when they arrived.  My associate told me today his two teenage daughters can't wait to go back and spend another night at the Renaissance and they all brag to their friends about the awesome room they had.  Thanks you Mario!!!!!
