A Ray of Sunshine in an Otherwise Disappointing Stay

Louis, in Guest Services at the Denver Airport Marriott at Gateway Park was extremely helpful after we had received poor service from most of the staff at that hotel.  We had some confusion about whether we could really count on the taxi that had been ordered for us.  He made certain ithat it was coming and watched for it.  He also made cetain that we got our breakfast in a timely fashion.  He was friendly, efficient and very professional.
