I recently received a message from Marriott Rewards congratulating me on my birthday and it asked me to click on the surprise gift... here it is....

Our records show that you've already received an Elite night credit for your birthday this year. Please keep in mind it may take up to 48 hours to credit your account with an Elite night credit.

 


Now, I only have one birthday that I am aware of....and it was when they sent that message......and, since I track my nights I receive credit for, I am also aware that I did not receive any credit for that birthday.....and still haven't. Not that it's a big deal but I can't for the life of me understand why they would send a message like this.
