Tulsa Renaissance & Mr. Snelling exceeded my expectations!

Recently, my wife and I enjoyed a Fourth of July two-night stay at the Tulsa Renaissance, celebrating our anniversary. When Guest Services Manager Vincent Snelling heard of our special occasion, he upgraded us to a beautiful suite with a balcony, in order to watch the fireworks. It made it a very special Tulsa trip. It also makes you appreciate that level of service and thoughtfulness. Way to go, Tulsa Renaissance and Mr. Snelling!
