I grew up apathetic to sports until I met my future husband. He was a big fan and insisted I go to baseball games with him and I would fall in love with the sport. He took me to the where the Mets play at Citi Field in Flushing, New York. He surprised with seats that were two rows from the field out in left field. I've never sat so close before! It was exciting being so close to the action. Being so close, I almost caught a foul ball (he almost did too). I remember the section being empty around us and it was exciting to just kick back and watch the game of baseball. It was great and I'll never forget it.
