I grew up on the North Side of Chicago, so we were usually Cubs-goers. But when I was in third grade, my parents took me and my best friend to our first White Sox game all the way down at Comiskey Park. (I will never call it US Cellular Field.) I don't know if they still do this, but it used to be that if a player scored a home run during a night game, they would shoot off fireworks afterwards. I remember vividly standing there with my parents and friend and watching the fireworks light up the sky over the lights of the stadium. It was amazing.
