Before the Nats moved to National Stadium, they played at RFK (the old Redskins stadium and current home to the DC United soccer team). In some ways, RFK was ideal and provided many lasting memories - especially in the form of tailgating. We tailgated for every home game - right next to the creek. The kids could ride bikes and scooters all around, and we set up grills, brought coolers and blasted music. My wife thought it was the best part of the baseball experience!
