The Boscolo, Budapest is an extraordinary hotel. The location is not perfect but beyond that it strives for perfection in every way. The rooms are superior, the New York Cafe is special and breakfast is a real treat. But the most important element, as with any property is the staff. This staff is outstanding. They do everything with style.

In this environment one person stands out for us. Thomas was the first person we encountered when we checked in. He was polite, patient, a thorough. He was careful to ensure that language was not a problem. He seamed to always be available when we needed assistance. Every one else was extremely nice and helpful and I do not want to leave the impression that they were anything else but Thomas became our advisor and friend. He helped with our choices of tours and restaurants, how to move around the city and what to avoid.

By the end of the week we firmly believed that Thomas was responsible for a great deal of the success of our visit.

This is one of the finniest properties we have visited and we recommend it to everybody. The people are great and Thomas is special.

Our thanks to all for a wonderful experience.
