Outstanding service at Calgary Marriott

I would like to nominate Eddy B., a desk agent at the Marriott Calgary Downtown, for the Spirit to Serve Award.  He made us feel like exceptionally valued guests while he was checking us in.  He thanked us for our loyalty and made sure we were given an upgraded room.  He informed us that he would be available to answer questions about the Stampede and the local area.  I was impressed when we ran into him on the crowded Stampede grounds when he was going to meet friends, but he stopped and talked to us about our experiences at the Stampede that day.  It was a pleasure to talk to him about recommendations for restaurants and activities.
