We just stayed at this well-maintained category 4 hotel for 4 nights.    We chose the advance purchase rate of $99 (compared to $124) for the first night and the AAA rate of $76 for the remainder of our stay. Every staff member that we encountered greeted us.  Our 1-bedroom suite was the perfect room choice for us.  The suite looks just like the pictures on the website.  I was able to watch the Masters Golf Tournament on the flat screen TV in the bedroom, while my husband was able to watch something else on the flat screenTV in the living room while he was seated at the desk.  Wireless internet was available throughout the property.  It was warm enough for swimming.    The complimentary breakfast was quite nice.  The breakfast room was crowded on the week-end; however, the attendants did a great job of refilling everything as needed.  Selections were typical of RI breakfasts, but there were some variations in the hot dishes each morning.  The property is near the Peoria Sports Complex and the Arizona Cardinals stadium.  There are restaurants of all types nearby, some are even within walking distance.  If you like to shop, you will find a variety of stores nearby.  It takes 30-45 minutes to reach the hotel from Sky Harbor Airport.  We will stay at this hotel in the future when we visit relatives.
