How Would You Rate Marriott's Customer Service Post Merger?

I'm curious to get other's perspective on their experience when calling into Marriott's customer service for support. I feel like they used to have very good customer service pre-merger, but I can't help but feel every time I've called in lately, I'm getting varying levels of predominantly poor customer service.
