Just looked at the new mobil app. Not sure why it states I have over 700k Ritz Carlton Points? Any clue?
I voted "Love the New App" because I intend to love it when it is available on an android phone.

WHen I downloaded the update, it recognizes my account and displays my points accurately.....HOWEVER, it does not display/recognize my upcoming reservation. If I go onto the website to access my account it still shows the reservation accurately. I reached out to customer service and have been told to delete and reinstall , which I did..... nothing changed. The app does not work properly, which means it is no longer convenient if I have to use the web site. Additionally, the new app platform is too busy. Sometimes new isn't better, it is just new.
Can I change my vote from like the new back to prefer the old? It went from not working last night, to displaying 2 of my 3 upcoming reservations and then when I closed it and reopened it, ZERO reservations...not a very auspicious start!

Not a fan of the new app. The display feels bulky and and the pages don't give you all the information you need. The "My Account" page has my number of nights in a huge font covering my nights this year but you can't click on the number to get the breakdown of how the nights were earned or accrued. I book 30-40 meetings a year and it was a plus to find the nights posted from the events with ease on the old app.
LOVE IT!! So much cripsper, love the new white background, brightens the app up and congrats to marriott for finally allowing us to search by address in the app!!!
It's very sleek, and has a more modern feel. I'm definitely a fan!
After getting used to where everything is on the app its fine when it works correctly.
Not certain I would say love the new app, but I still prefer it to the older app. The reliability is getting better
Not a hater of the app but thinking it could be a little more intuitive. One thing I dislike is the way it displays the rate, seems the case on the web site as well. Seems to only show the first nights rate and not an average for a multi night stay. Is there any way to get it to display an average rate so you arent totally in the blind? It is a real pain to compare rates among properties this way.
