Currently I am staying at Marriott Karachi ...I will not write a story but a short description of whats happening here
1. I am sliver Elite member now 529 781 148. I checked in on Sunday and next morning when I was about to use the hand cream placed in the washroom , I notice it was expired , I complained to the Manager and and he said sorry Bla bla , wont happen again , chapter closed.
2. Next day I got a fruit and nuts with card "written sorry for the inconvenience" caused and ll u guys believe the nuts were so bad and smelly and their were bad insects inside I am attaching a pic of that , now tell me is this the way you guys treat your customer?
I feel so sad IHG hotels are not present in Pakistan
