Hassan: My name is Thomas Graff and I am a Platinum Elite Marriott Member.  The purpose of my note to you is I just crossed the San Mateo bridge and had to urinate extremely bad.  Since I am a frequent guest of Marriott, and this was the first opportunity I had to stop, I entered your establishment seeking relief.
I discovered your rest rooms are locked when I approached the front desk and spoke to Princess she denied me access.  I think this is unacceptable when a person is in dire need.  To be this inflexible is not consistent with Marriott’s culture.  I will be forwarding this note to the Marriott Corp arguing that this kind of treatment to frequent guests is extremely rude.
I will also be posting this to Trip Advisor.  Your policy is not guest centered.
