Still patiently waiting...

I know it’s only been a a day since I spoke with Marriott regarding my missing nights and they told me 3-5 days but this is frustrating. I have random points in my account, no nights accumulating, and different lifetime and points depending on where I look. My iPhone, android, and website profiles all show different information. At this point I don’t know what I’ve lost or what I’ve gained. Some places says I’ve been silver for 11 years, gold and platinum for 7 or 8 years but that’s not even possible. I’ve only been with Marriott for 10 years and I’m sure the first year or two weren’t at a gold or platinum level(I’ll take it if that’s what they want to say) but I only have 315 LT Nights and those are all butt in beds. I had a few challenges and then a special situation last year but I’m actually on track to earn my status with BIB this year. Don’t mess with me now
