Can we please be nice to the Marriott Folks?

i know not many will read this but all of these posts  about the merger are driving me crazy. I really hope that everyone complaining is being to nice to whomever they are speaking with on the phone. This was a huge undertaking to merge records of 110 something million people. There are going to be hiccups, delays, perceived lack of communication. I appreciate this as a forum to voice our opinions but at the end of the day, it is what it is. I currently do not have the correct nights or status and I stayed at a hotel as a lowly platinum (not pp). Did it really affect me? Not really, I have faith all will be made right. We are all going to suffer a bit, but please don’t take it out on the people on the other end of the phone. And if you still want to complain, go apply for a job at Marriott and do it better.
