I would like to know if anyone had a similar experience like me, i had got confirmation on my reward points stay and on the day of checking in i was told that i do not have enough points, moreover i stay at the property from Dec 26 to Dec 31 2018 and the points have not been updated. When inquired i was told that i had no reservation!!! I am planning my trip to Chicago and now I'am skeptical on what's going on back doors on here. Moreover no one seems to take any responsibility . Has Marriott grown too BIG!!!!
I need to make more customers aware and understand if anyone has got this issue.
