SAY did you read all the fine print? Marriott hotel desk offered me a "benefit" that cost me all my points. Somehow when adding miles credit on Southwest I wasn't told it would zero out my stay credits and that the only airline miles that can be converted back to rewards credit is United. So upon discovery that I had lost credit for 38 stays, I called customer support where I found out "members are responsible" = "buyer beware." HIGHLY recommend Marriott's excellent training include knowing the downside and informing guests of their consequences. So read the fine print y'all.
