Kudos to the Marriott Rewards Support Team

I just returned from 3 weeks in Europe during which I stayed at 4 Marriott properties.  My MR account showed the activity (nights & points) for my first stay within a day or two of checkout, but not the next 2 stays.  After 10 days they still were not showing, so I submitted Missing Stay Requests for each one, including a scanned copy of my bill.


Marriott sent me an automated message immediately after I submitted each MSR.    AND, not 24 hours later, Marriott support reps sent me emails confirming they had updated my MR account for both stays and apologizing for the inconvenience - and there the nights and points were in my Rewards account - along with two additional night certificates for completing the MR Welcome Back promotion.  Even an additional badge and 25 points for my first stay at an Autograph property.


Considering all the disruption that must be going on right now with the rewards system changeover,

            this is outstanding service and deserves a great big THANK YOU!
