WORST Experience at a Marriott Facility

This was the WORST stay in a Marriott property.
I arrived at the Courtyard by Marriott® Salt Lake City Layton on Feb 26, 2020 for a one night stay. As I was trying to check in, I was told by the front desk lady that the hotel is overbooked and I have to find another hotel despite the fact that I have a confirmed reservation that I made several weeks ago.
It took her an hour, calling several managers, to suddenly find a room for me in the hotel.
The room was OK but the toilet was backup and I couldn't use it. I called the front desk and they said they don't have a plumber. I had to go to the ground floor to use the bathroom. What kind of BS is this?????
Lastly, there was NO water pressure in the shower and I ended up checking out the next morning without being able to take a shower.

The lady at the front desk said that the manager will call me but no one did. This is the worst experience I have ever had.. Marriott should compensate me for this terrible stay!!
