We recently spent a single night here using the certificate from my ritz carlton credit card. Booked a traditional queen room with fireplace and got exactly that - no upgrades or anything. Had a couple of suites showing availability but was too tired after driving all day - so just let it go.
Had a couple of SNA's but I am saving them for next year's travels.
Tremblant is a very small ski town which is very nice. We had booked a snow-mobile excursion the next day at 8 AM - hence decided to stay here instead of driving 1.5 hours from Montreal early morning. There is also a RI in the area.
This was our very fist Westin stay - the room was spacious and nice - the property too but the platinum treatment wasnt exactly spectacular.
We looked for dinner options at the onsite restaurant and had to pass as their options did not look promising. We ate in the town instead.
For breakfast the next day our arrival gift included only continental breakfast which for my vegetarian wife meant only fruits, pastries and cereals - no oatmeal too. Since she is very health conscious she only ate fruits.
I asked if omelettes are included - the attendant said yes but charged the CAD $7 as an upcharge - may be it was the language barrier.
I asked for a 1 PM checkout - was denied as they were "full" - offered 1 hour extra at 12 PM. I was not sure we would be back from our snow mobile tour by then - hence, packed our bags and left it at front desk which cost us a couple of extra minutes. I know they are a resort but having the room for a shower after the snow - mobiling tour would have been nice.
The FDC did give us some tips about getting around the resort - like using the 3rd floor exit to get out rather than the front door which saved us a lot of time.
It is a beautiful town and the hard product is very nice but was not that impressed by the soft product.
The snow-mobile tour on the other hand was very nice and we enjoyed it very much.
