Residence Inn North Conway Review

Blog Post created by ks83 on Oct 3, 2018

We stayed at this property last Friday - 9/28 for only 1 night to watch some fall colors with visiting family - they were headed back on 9/30 so this is the latest we could go. There were some colors but not a lot.

We have stayed twice before here - both in 2 bedroom suites. First stay we paid for a 2 bedroom suite as there were 4 people in our group and second time was upgraded from a studio.

This time - I booked a studio using the free night certificate from my 75 night benefit - this property goes at 35k points. Later used SNA to request an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite. I had also made a points reservation and asked the property to upgrade me to a 2 bedroom suite using cash - $110+ was the rate - not too bad in my opinion. The SNA cleared on the 5th day before arrival so I cancelled my points stay and got the points back immediately.

They have recently renovated this property - I did not feel it was needed when I last stayed about 2 years ago but the property looks even better now. Its right in the town of Conway and is best suited if you want to explore the White Mountain Area. The scenic Kancamangus highway is about an hour drive from here.

The breakfast was nice with tortillas available as well - first time I have seen it in a limited service property.

We usually stay at the FFI in Plymouth which is about 60 mins drive from this property mainly because of double points and can use the CC certificate there.

Sorry forgot to take photos as we were exhausted.
