Loss of reward points - no response

I used 60,000 points to buy gift vouchers. It didn't reach to me. I raised the dispute with courier service. Courier service agreed the loss of package & agreed to settle this with the sender.

However I am following up this matter with Marriott since few months. Neither I got my points back nor I got response on my emails. 

It is quite bad customer experience for me & loss of trust!
