Ever since the announcement of the SPG purchase, Marriott Rewards tracking and customer services has gotten worse. I have not gotten full credits or points for multiple recent stays and have reached out to Marriott via email and website with no response. I am a Platinum Rewards Member and have been with Marriott for over 20 years. I think it is time to move on to Hilton or Hyatt. The lack of respect for long term and consistent customers is just not there anymore.
