I need my receipt!

Why do I bother checking out with my “convenient“ app as a gold member?  The easy button of “would you like an emailed Receipt“ NEVER SHOWS UP!!


now the reservation from chicago Marriott Marquis is not showing as a past stay, it’s not available in the app, the points don’t show HIWEVER there’s been no problem charging my card. 


Please get me a receipt do I can submit my expenses!!!
