I have never complained from my stay at any of Marriot hotels anywhere on earth except this time.
The minute I started planning for my honeymoon, I listed the 5 stars hotel in Bali. I chose Marriot courtyard Nusa Dua after a thorough online research. I showed up at your esteemed hotel on the 20th to find the receptionist asking me to wait for how long “ she has no idea as Marriot’s system is down at 3 pm Bali’s time. I kept waiting for almost an hour and a half until I was fed up and went to the Duty manager who was helpful and nice. Moreover, I was enjoying my stay until yesterday, I assume there is an event taking place in the hotel where there were too many noisy people in the hotel and I couldnt even chill at the pool or even use it. I went to the beach instead until 7 pm, I dove into the pool and started finding people jumping into the pool madly with their shirts & flip flops on without anyone even asking them to go by the rules. People were extremely noisy and used bad words and my wife was accompanying me. I am mailing the complaints centre to help me end my stay tonight. Please I am expecting very fast feedback from your side.
