Another Disappointment

This is a bit of a rant and complaint. Been 24 hours of planes since I left the Marriott in Beijing. Did the mobile checking and requested a king with a tub in ATL (back is killing me) or suite upgrade with a tub. Response was no suites available, but have you a king on Chat. 

Get to the front desk. Need ID, credit card and find out the king is shower only. An accessible room is the only option. Hate them. Low counters etc. wife is pissed and I’m annoyed enough to just shut my mouth. 


So big handful of Motrin and a mediocre night. 

Marriott’s mandated minimalist renovations may ultimately drive a LT many million points guy away. For me, Marriott ruined a lot of hotels.
