I have been at the AC San Juan for a week, and am staying here for 6-9 months for disaster recovery work. The staff here is far above and beyond in delivering excellent service. I had difficulty with my method of payment, and they bent over backwards to accommodate me. Special praise for desk agent Migdaliz Rodyisuez and Manager Salvador Colon. I have a special place for both of these people, who not only understood my circumstances, but went far above and beyond to ensure my stay was not interrupted. In short, they believed in me, and should be rewarded handsomely.
However, everyone, from the two incredible bellmen to the restaurant and bar staff, have been absolutely wonderful. If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, I certainly would. I've stayed well over 1,200 nights in the past six years, in many Marriott brands worldwide, and have had more than my share of wonderful staff and management. These are among the very best of the best--the Marriott way. It's more than a slogan. If this is monitored, I kindly request that this be forwarded to Mr. Marriott, with my appreciation.
