Missing Points

Had a family reunion at Shadow Ridge Palm Desert last May. We had a total of 7 rooms and we were told several times by Shadow Ridge that we would get credit for all 7 rooms.  So far we've received credit for only one and then were later told we only get credit for three rooms. We've spent several hours on the phone with Shadow Ridge and Marriott Rewards trying to resolve this issue and have sent all receipts as requested by MR. Finally Ela in M Rewards told my wife she would get to the bottom of it. That was 3 or 4 weeks ago, still nothing from MR Points. I tried again yesterday to talk to MR but had to quit after 25 minutes on hold.

What do I have to do to get credit for even three rooms let alone seven? We submitted all the charges to MR and Ela seemed to understand our problem , but no action! 


I'm very disappointed and frustrated with Marriott.
