I was reading through earlier about a couple who had issues with bed bugs. I wanted to respond saying I recently was at a property and a day after leaving found out we had been bitten by bed bugs. I have reached out twice to Marriott corporate and NO ONE has even sent an email apologizing for the inconvenience. I am a titanium elite member and stay at marriotts exclusively. When I sent my original email about the issue I was not upset just wanted to inform someone. The lack of response I have seen from the company has made me re think that though. I have researched this a lot over the past month and have found this lack of response is not uncommon from Marriott. Very disappointing.
